The Death card exhibits a creature riding a horse. It is emaciated and appears to be like a skeleton meaning it is the remains of flesh that has no soul to guide it. The figure represents death and it is dressed in  black to exhibit grief. Death holds a scribe that has stars on it to show there's hope for eternal life. There is a feather at the top to symbolize change.  Further, there is a religious figure,  woman and a child at its feet who seem to be pleading for a chance to live  but the reality is that death is inevitable. End of life on earth marks the beginning of another. 

The Death tarot card is one nobody would want to pull out. We all presume it as having information on us dying soon. Looking at it, the message in it is the opposite of our assumptions. The card attempts to reveal that there are appealing results in death. It does not have to be the actual death but to the past, actions that allure problems, and off into a new era.  

Mostly medical officers ensure vigilance when they perform medical needs to confirm they do not commence treating the wrong disease. When the medical needs are predicted wrongly, it leads to a wrong treatment which assures more wrath of effects on one's health compared to if it wasn't treated. 

The recovery journey starts when medical needs are executed. Similarly, the Death card is passing a message that it is from dying, that you'll receive a new beginning of life.
